The Lucky is a small but well deserves to be a your first R/C trainer. Although it small compared with .40 sized trainers it flies beautifully. It is very forgiving for the average beginner and easy to control. The Lucky does get damaged very easily. It weight less compared to larger trainers and therefore if it considerably stronger.

The Lucky is supplied as a kit or as an ARF.

In ARF form the Lucky wing is covered with Oracover and the rest of the model is covered with Oracal.

In the photo to the right you can see the Lucky as it is supplied in kit form. Most parts are machined, cut and almost ready to assemble. Wing ribs are not cut with a punch but rather shaped.

The spares notches in the ribs for are already made.

You get lots and lots of small items. It looks like a grown-up puzzle. This is the only way that we know how to make our models. highly detailed and very easy to assemble.

Lucky wing ribs close-up. Already finished and ready to assemble. At the top of the photo are the wing tips.

The wing tips are also cut to size and almost finished. You only need some sanding to do but most of the hard work has already been done by us.
