The Sunny-1 is a simple beginners free flight glider model. This small and nice glider has a fully sheeted wing construction. Wing sheets are 1 mm Balsa. The kit comes with most of the parts already machined. This glider is the preferred model for beginners that just stepped into the modeling world. It is towed by a nylon string and after it has sufficient height it is free to glide. Really fun to assemble and fly. 

The Sunny-1  is supplied only as a kit.

Sunny-1 in kit form, most of the parts including wing ribs,  fuselage etc. are already cut and machined.

In the photo to the right you can see the Sunny-1 as it is supplied in kit form. Most parts are machined, cut and almost ready to assemble. Wing ribs are not cut with a punch but rather shaped.

You get lots and lots of small items. It looks like a grown-up puzzle. This is the only way that we know how to make our models. highly detailed and very easy to assemble.

The wing connecting ribs are already at the correct angle.

You get almost everything. You need some glue, some simple tools and in a few hours you have a really nice glider.
